A meeting was held on 22/01/2001in St Nathy's Hall. The following areas were discussed.
 
Training
 
Trevor McGuinn was asked to take training for 2001. Trevor is a very experienced footballer having spent several seasons with the county team. Trevor agreed to the request. It is proposed to resume training next week 30/01/2001.
The club also are considering some training sessions on Sunday morning to give the players based away from home a chance to train with the others in the panel. The league is expected to start in April.
 
Fund Raising
 
Each Club has to raise £2,500 for the county board this year. The mechanism provided is £50 Lottery tickets. Each ticket purchased will be entered into 26 draws over the coming year. Therefore the club must sell 50 tickets to meet its obligations to the county board. The proceeds raised from any additional ticket sales will be retained by the club!
Tickets will be distributed to club members in the near future - so beware anybody who knows someone involved in Mullinabreena GAA Club!!
