Please note both Health Questionnaire and elearning module must be completed by all Adult Players, Parents/Guardians of underage players before returning to any GAA sports and are a compulsory safety requirement.

Health questionnaire system will be required to be used by all Adult Players, Parents/Guardians of underage players prior every training session/match to declare that their/child health status has not changed
