Dear Club Players, Parents/Guardians, 

As we finally return to training and games, as a club and a community there are 3 Compulsory Key Safety Requirements To Complete Before Any Player Returns To Training or Games. These three requirements are necessary to ensure that all risks are minimised. As a club we are aware that the Covid virus is still present and although we are taking all recommended measures to ensure the risk is reduced we cannot eliminate the overall risk. Please note we are not placing any pressure on any player to return to training or games. If you or your child is not returning at this time please let the relevant coach know or Covid Coordinator.

2. Health Questionnaire:

Health questionnaire must be completed by all Coaches, Adult Players and Parents/Guardians of underage players prior to return to training or games. The easiest way to do this is online via the following link:

We encourage all to do this online where at all possible, where you have any difficulties please contact the relevant Covid Coordinator.  Once the questionnaire is filled in once it can simply be re-submitted each time you/your child has training/game.Please note this is a compulsory requirement before attending each training/game. 

 3. Club Registration/Membership:
Please note as previous all players and coaches must be registered with the club in 2020. This is not a new requirement but a reminder that all players have to be registered to be covered by insurance to train or play or to be eligible to play in any competitive matches. Registration Link:
